- Field Sales Executive & Telesales
Overview :
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 to 2 year of relevant experience in B2B product sales. The ideal candidate will have an MBA with a focus on either IT or Marketing, along with a strong understanding of the sales process in the business-to-business sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market.
2. Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned market segment.
- Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead-generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management
3. Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B product sales, preferably in the IT or Marketing sector.
- MBA degree with a specialization in IT, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
