Essential Role and Responsibilities:
- Making calls to the new customer and Generate Sales through the Leads that provided by the Company.
- Providing product related services and information to new and existing customers to generate good number of responses.
- Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs.
- Creating and maintaining the database of potential customers
- Maintain complete records of telephonic interactions in CRM
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Achieve the monthly targets
- Maintain telephone etiquettes in handling the customers
Industrial Work Experience & Skills Requirements :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Generating feedback from clients for product improvement.
- Generating Business through New prospects as well as retaining the existing client database.
- Handling Inside sales activities like cold calling and data creation also.
- Experience in Schedule Meetings, Cold Callings, emails and data mining.
- Handled Inbound & Outbound pre-sales communication with Customers
