eZONE - Executive - Sales (1-4 yrs)
- New lead generation and client acquisition activities related to sales across the designated region by way of cold calling, Direct Sales
- Enhancing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- Presenting the company profile effectively and displaying the Value additions that we bring to the clients table.
- Focusing on Solutions selling and achieving sales commitments/Quotas as per set targets.
- Engaging existing clients & key account management.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, helping stake holders during execution.
- Following the set sales procedures, updating status of every prospect/opportunity/client in Internal CRM.
- Maintaining technical knowledge by attending internal product trainings, educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in industry related workshops.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintaining cordial relations with all internal departments for better productivity.
- Being a flag bearer of eZone Values and culture in external markets.
