Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and Execute marketing initiatives that help in scaling and sustaining small and mid-sized Retail (unorganized retail)

- Perform on ground research to understand market pulse of products and services, run surveys to analyze gaps, report back to sales and product with feedback.

- Lead organic and inorganic lead generation initiatives for Kirana, Mom-n-Pop stores - like SEO, content marketing, and other demand generation initiatives in SaaS products.

- Plan, iterate and implement Marketing strategies for the category to deliver key business objectives

- Enhance brand awareness, GTM, Lead Generation, Product Usage

- Constantly measure and report campaign/ activity performance, optimize based on insights.

- Agency Management - Work with creative, website and PR agency to guide and deliver monthly outputs for your categories.

- Devise & execute relevant consumer, merchant, bank sales collaterals that enable brand/ product activation among all stakeholders.

- Interface with multiple internal stakeholders like Sales, Product, Solutions, Distribution team,Merchant servicing, Inside Sales team.

Experience & Skills we are looking for :

- 2-5 years of experience in handling Marketing /Growth roles in the unorganized Retail/ B2B merchants.

- Ability to translate stakeholder information/ problems into marketing solutions, draw plans for driving consumer & merchant adoption and to drive the business growth on a sustained basis.

- Previous experience in B2B lead generation campaigns - digital/ other media, Product activations, GTM, Branding and PR activities, Usage/Retention campaigns

- Ability to think out of the box, end to end planning and execution of product collaterals, GTM strategies, sales kits to scale small and mid-sized Retail function.

- Strong design skills, PPT skills, preferably Adobe

- Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making capabilities.

- Understand our target audience and personas, design experiments, develop campaign strategies,and drive execution of campaigns.

- Ability to independently run initiatives and own end to end responsibility to deliver targets.

- Graduation from Tier-1 School is preferred
