Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum Experience - 1-3 years

- Comfortable in night shifts & have US It sales experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.

- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process..

- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.

- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations

- Fix up Appointments with IT Managers, Head and CEO.

- Good Career oriented growth in Marketing and IT Sales.

- Must be a Graduate with Technical Background.

- Courteous client handling skills

- Sound knowledge in basic internet technologies.

- Must be a team player.

Areas of Responsibilities:

- Client Interaction for Data Collection and Lead Generation.

- Fixing up initial meetings and Sending Proposals.

- Following up with the client till final Closer.

- Business Rule document preparation/ modification and taking approval from client as required & MIS and Report Preparation.

- Maintains an ongoing relationship with both prospective and existing clients.

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

- Familiarity and managing portals like linkedin and social networking sites.

- Compile, track and analyze sales and distribution metrics.

- Ability to understand technical skills, latest buzzwords in the industry.

- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software.

- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Build networks with good clients & Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.

- Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.

- Should have knowledge in lead generation, client interaction, cold calling and gathering requirements.

- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
