Scope of role:

- Will be primarily responsible to manage both online and offline campaigns. Success will be measured by lead generation, creative delivery, budget management, innovation and differentiation, customer delight, time to market and market adoption

- Ideate with senior team members and management to develop campaign strategy

- Work with creative team / partners for creative development process

Principal Job Elements and Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies and activity plans for key BPP programmes that use channels effectively and that will achieve campaign objectives including generating qualified leads all channels (B2C, B2B, Franchisee, HBA)

- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget

- Work with key stakeholders to implement campaign activity including: product team, business/sales teams, customer relationship management team, customer services, admissions, international, regional, business development, PR and programme leaders. Single point of contact for all business heads.

- Brief external/internal teams including creative and media planning agencies to deliver campaign activity against brief

- Manage campaign implementation and performance against agreed campaign activity

- Manage copy for a range of communication material

- Deliver campaign activity presentations and regular results presentations

- Campaign Reporting: Ensure each campaign has clear metrics as agreed with the Head of marketing and business and ensure that campaigns are achieving appropriate return on investment in line with corporate goals.

- Deliver optimization and reporting of results against metrics, including use of web analysis tools such as Google Analytics, email data reports, KPI report evaluations, call volume and booking reports etc

- Carry out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns

- Work with creative team to understand stakeholder feed back to influence future design work

- Manage the master plan of activity to ensure that individual campaigns dovetail effectively without duplication or over-exposure whilst still achieving individual campaign objectives

- Complete competitor benchmarking for promotional activity and report regularly to key

- Work with the Product team to obtain buy in for campaigns and to obtain information to devise, prepare and produce campaign activity and content. Ensure all information is accurate and passes through the official sign off process

- Develop CRM strategies for each campaign and coordinate CRM activity including student lifecycle communication emails, call centre activity, list purchasing, data pulls and lead management with the CRM team

- Effectively manage generated leads from all areas of the campaign activity in conjunction with the business stakeholders and overall CRM strategy

- Day-to-day management lead generation plans, creative, production and print that achieve ROI required per campaign and ensure that brand standards and identity guidelines are adhered to

General Responsibilities:

- Input to the annual Strategic Marketing Planning process

- To ensure accuracy of marketing materials and be responsible for formal sign off process where required

- To ensure detailed and accurate records are maintained, e.g. recording contact and financial information

- Adhere to all policies and procedures with regards to budget expenditure, displaying budget control for individual products and courses reporting any variances promptly

- Actively partake in the running of the department providing ideas and best practice synonymous with a high performance team

Skills required:

- Managing multi integrated campaigns simultaneously Advertising, digital and CRM marketing knowledge and experience

- Technical skills and operational knowledge on Google Analytics, SEO tools, Optimization tools like AMO etc

- Profit and Loss responsibility

- Strong leadership skills

- Meeting objectives and campaign deadlines

- Advanced skills on digital campaign planning and execution. Google Analytics. Optimization. Display, email, sms marketing

- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to successfully multi task

Must possess:

- An MBA from a recognized institute

- Must have at least 8 years of experience managing campaigns with specific emphasis on digital marketing. Experience with e-commerce company will be an added advantage

OR

- Must have agency experience with specific emphasis on digital advertising, handling clients with large digital spends. Experience handling clients in the ecommerce space will be an added advantage
