Product Specialist
- Primary responsibility is to identify and educate prospective customers.
- Support clients with information and effective utilization of the product
- Maintain positive relationship with customer and support future sales, up sell and cross sell additional features
- Reach out customers through cold calling
- Achieve agreed sales targets and results in scheduled time frame
- Periodically track sales in the territory and update product team for new features
- Plan periodic promotions and referral schemes to improve sales
- Continuous improvement through feedback
