EyeROV - Manager - Sales (5-15 yrs)

Proven Sales Performer who is able to apply Industry knowledge to Underwater Applications in Dams, Bridges, Railways, Oil & Gas, Shipping or other Civil Structures, etc. He/She will be a Subject Matter Expert, should take complete ownership of the growth, and successfully expands and manages a sales opportunity pipeline in order to maximize their revenue contribution.


1. Manage end to end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realization

2. Creation of techno-commercial proposal for clients, tenders, and other projects

3. Be company's representative and - Single Point of Contact- for certain Business Development and Promotional events like conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, etc

4. Responsible for the post-sales coordination with the Client and Operations team for the execution of work, follow-up for getting payments after work completion, and maintaining customer relationships

5. Identification of future key projects

6. Identifying partners with synergy

7. Oversee and creating strategies for Marketing including Blog posts, Social Media marketing to increase EyeROV visibility and client traffic

8. Handle Tenders with Govt, PSU, Semi-Govt, State Govt, Private Companies

9. Reports Directly to CEO


1. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills

2. Active listening skills, highly consultative and solution-oriented

3. Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change

4. Excellent communicator and relationship builder

5. Ability to learn, understand and communicate technical product requirement

6. Engineering background (Non-Engineering candidates application will be rejected)


1. Candidates who have worked in Dams, Bridges, Marine, Shipping or Oil & Gas Industry

2. Worked with existing clients of EyeROV


1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or MBA or related degree

2. Should have done B2B Sales

3. Should have sales experience with the Central/State Govt.

4. Age below 40


- 5 - 15 years relevant experience in the Sales
