Exzellenz Career Shapers - Executive - Client Relationship (0-2 yrs)
Location : JP Nagar, Bangalore
CTC : Upto 25K
Responsibilities :
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or Post Graduation.
- Experience 6 months to 2 Years
- Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills.
- Experience into Chat and emails process.
Languages : English & Kannada Mandatory (Multilanguage will be added advantage)
- Excel knowledge is a must.
