You will start your journey at Extramarks Education Pvt. Ltd. as an individual contributor working in a team to introduce and showcase the unique way in which Extramarks helps students learn better. You will also be responsible for mentoring these students and will play a role in their learning journey. Your key role will be to connect with students and parents across Pan India and explain to them in person, about one of the world's most loved learning apps and how it will help the student learn not just for exams, but much beyond.

Working Days : Fixed off on Mondays

Academic Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech, MBA, PGDM, Or Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Language: Hindi, English [Both are mandatory]

CTC:


Salary Slab : Fixed Salary CT: 4.2 LPA

Performance Cum Continuity : Bonus [After completion of 6, 50000 months]

Performance Cum Continuity : Bonus [After completion of next 50000, 6 months, i.e., at the end of 12 months]

Fixed CTC : 5.2 LPA

Incentives : 7.2 LPA

Total CTC : 12.4 LPA

Important Points :

- Above package is valid till next appraisal

- 6 Months/1 Year will be the working period, so if the students are going on an exam leave, it gets extended

Salary : Rs. 4.2Lakhs [35000 {CTC(31400 in Hand)} + Monthly Incentive + One Lakh Rupees of Performance Cum Continuity Bonus + OLA Money for Travel Purpose]

- Based on the first 3 month's performance, the sales person can get his salary appraised to 12 LPA fixed CTC
