About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven B2C Team Leader to lead our B2C Inside - Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.

As the B2C Team Leader, you will be instrumental in driving revenue generation and ensuring profitability through effective sales strategies and team leadership. Your primary focus will be on leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, foster customer relationships, and optimize profitability in the B2C sector.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Revenue Generation : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets in the B2C market segment.

2. Profitability Optimization : Implement strategies to maximize profitability, including pricing strategies, upselling/cross-selling initiatives, and cost-effective sales approaches.

3. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of B2C sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

4. Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate sales team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing guidance, coaching, and support to optimize results.

5. Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with B2C customers, ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved promptly, and opportunities for upselling or repeat business are identified.

6. Sales Strategy Development : Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and address challenges to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Preferred Skill Sets :

1. Demonstrated work experience of at least 5 years in B2C Sales.

2. Proven track record of successfully managing a team with a size ranging from 7 to 8 members.

3. Preference for candidates with previous experience in the Education domain, Insurance, or NBFC sectors.

4. Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems for sales and customer management.

5. Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing environments.

6. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide team members effectively.

7. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on adhering to processes and maintaining accuracy.

Prerequisite for applying for the position :

1. Are available for full-time in-office employment (Office Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai)

2. Can work from the office and Can join on short notice
