Hiring Channel Partner Sales - IC B2B Sales (inside sales) profile.

We are building the pilot Batch Work From Office.

Company About us - Expertrons, World's 1st AI Video Bot, backed by marquee investors including Kunal Shah of Cred, Anant Maheswari - President, Microsoft India is building its growing sales team.

Location : Mumbai (Andheri East) (Work from Office)

Salary - 3 LPA to 8 LPA

End of shift - 10AM to 8PM

Mandatory Sunday Off

Age limit - Max 36 years

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts

2. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners- expectations

3. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts

4. Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship

5. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis

6. Sales through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources

7. Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement

8. Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel

9. Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements

10. Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners

Experience : (6 month Experience in any hard core sales, Inside sales, cold calling, lead given by the company, on call Closure.

Laptop and Android phone mandatory

Immediate Joiners preferred.
