Hiring Channel Partner Account Manager - B2B Sales (inside sales) profile.

We are building the pilot Batch Work From Office.

Company About us - Expertrons, World's 1st AI Video Bot, backed by marquee investors including Kunal Shah of Cred, Anant Maheswari - President, Microsoft India is building its growing sales team.

Location : Mumbai (Andheri East) (Work from Office)

Salary - 3 LPA to 6 LPA

End of shift - 10AM to 8PM

Mandatory Sunday Off

Age limit - Max 36 years

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Manage a portfolio of Channel Partners to achieve long-term success

2. Develop positive relationships with clients

3. Act as the point of contact and handle customers- individual needs

4. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

5. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

6. Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase

7. Manage and follow up on all commercial aspects of the account

8. Contribute towards strategy with Consumer understanding, competitive updates, Insights etc. for effective social media and digital strategies on the Brand, Supervise and Direct creative and other key aspects of the brand deliverables to the internal project / delivery teams

9. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

10. Proactive campaign suggestions on the Brands

11. Planning and prioritizing on accounts and their relevant projects both clients facing as well as the internal delivery teams

Experience : (6 month Experience in any hard core sales, Account Management, Inside sales, cold calling, lead given by the company, on call Closure.

Laptop and Android phone mandatory
