Who is a Channel Partner?

A Channel Partner is a company or a person who acquires rights to resell products and services developed by Expertrons.

What does the Channel Partner onboarding team do?

Onboard business/franchise partners with the aim of improving the partner network of Expertrons. Talk to interested inbound enquiries. Pitch the products, company, business model etc. Look into End to end onboarding process from pitch to handover.

What does the Channel Partner Account Management team do?

The channel partner account management team is a collection of like minded and dynamic individuals who have only 1 goal - ensuring that all the channel partners of Expertrons recover their investment and also generate and sustain a profitable channel in their geography. To that end, the CP AM team is equipped with strategies and revenue models to help us achieve our goal.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Manages key initiatives, projects and analysis to support company and franchise priorities.

2. Establishes productive, professional relationships with Channel Partners.

3. Coordinates the involvement of company, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.

4. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

5. Accountable for selling-in and sell-thru for both company and channel partner - planning and implementation of affiliate sales activities per the affiliate's business model, process and systems.

6. Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

7. Monitor daily sales and product performance, proposing proactive and corrective measures, such as targeted promotions, staff training, Create and execute tools that will aid in the monitoring of operations in the various territories via weekly reports, conference calls and qualitative analysis.

8. Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.

9. Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

10. Co ordinating with internal departments smoothly to ensure quick turnaround on partner requirements.

Preferred Skill Sets :

1. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.

2. Strong negotiation skills and Strong communication and presentation skills.

3. CRM experience is preferred.

4. Being interested in mentoring students, knack for sales and positioning an idea.

5.Quick conflict resolution skills and analytical thought process for problem solving

Prerequisite for applying for the position :

1. Are available for full-time in-office employment. (Office Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai)

2. Can work from the office and join Immediately.

3. Comfortable with Bring Your Own Device Policy.
