Position Summary: Product Expert
- Follow set grooming standards and be equipped with the required documents at all times during your work hours.
- Train all the staff of the restaurant on the respective products and all applicable features.
- Ensure post-deployment all relevant document is signed and stamped by the Restaurant POC and submitted to the identified internal POC.
- Ensure all the queries raised by the restaurant are brought to the correct team's attention immediately and followed to resolution.
- Have complete product knowledge at all times and ensure that all partner restaurants are trained on each update.
- Ensure proper usage of the products post-deployment by monitoring the usage as per the given target.
- Ensure all your assigned restaurant's details are updated on their Dine Out page.
- Support the company in additional activity, like for GIRF & Smart-pay training, when required.
- Achieve deployment targets.
