About the Role :

This role is a hunting role, we are looking for folks with good contacts in BFSI and Goverment sectors and help us opening doors for in these sectors .You will have a advantage if you have had experience in solution selling to enterprises (CRM, ERP, Contact Centers, Telephony solutions).

What you will do?


- The prospect will be responsible for the sales of products in the Enterprise segment in the Delhi/Mumbai or Bangalore region and achieve the sales revenue/targets.

- Own the sales cycle right from prospecting clients, introducing Exotel's, positioning, presenting solutions, negotiations till the closure of sales and so on.

- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products, pitch according to their specifications.

- Developing and implementing new logo acquisition strategy, market mapping and analytics of the markets etc.

- Prepare business development strategies by proactively researching and anticipating prospective client needs.

- Securing business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients.

- Drive Upsell and Cross- sell opportunities.

What we look for?

- Experience of 5-13 years of experience

- Bachelor in IT/Computers/EE or related field is an advantage.

- Revenue handled of 50lakh + for a year

Sales Skills :

- Ability to engage and influence a client; Effective in handling technical pre-sales activities.

- Past Experience in solution selling to enterprises (CRM, ERP, Contact Centers, Telephony solutions)

- Concept selling, software solution sales experience.

Technical Domain expertise :

- Should not be averse to understanding Technology.

- Should be able to handle large RFPs and response quality.

- Should be comfortable in understanding and explaining technology and solutions.

Business Development :

- Planning activities to achieve established targets

- Effective time and pipeline management to align sales efforts with sales targets.

Ownership & Commitment :

- Able to see the larger picture, willing to take responsibility for tasks and initiatives.

- Attention to detail in planning and communication.

- Preference of Professional background (In either or both of the following) - B2B Channel Sales (Solutions)

- Direct Solution Sales (CRM, ERP, Telephony, Contact Center, Banking etc.)
