Exide Life Insurance - Senior Manager/DGM - Sales Support - Bancassurance (8-12 yrs)
Position Summary
Understanding of Insurance Industry Preferably with Bancassurance
Key Accountabilities :
- Planning and Business Development.
- Plan and roll out business plan to sales teams and partners.
- Design and Roll out Contest and Incentives for sales team. Work closely with the business head and design contests / incentive scheme to meet the business plan.
- Partner Management : Coordinate with partners and operation department for coding, ensure compliance, preparing review and partner dashboards
- Automation and Use of technology to improve productivity and processes . Work closely with IT, Sales and Partners on various automation projects and execute them.
- Prepare analytical Reports and Present it to senior management .This includes sales analysis, measure effectiveness of campaigns designed and rolled out and monitor and report SO productivity
- Market intelligence - Bancassurance : Monitor the development in the industry and report to senior management
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
- Should be from the insurance industry and should have Bancassurance background
- Sales support knowledge and experience
- 8+ years of experience
