We have an urgent job opening for Relationship officer / manager

Job Description:

- The incumbent will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets.

- Represent Exide Life Insurance Direct marketing channel and its value proposition to all customers as per the vision and values of the organization and channel

Key Accountabilities:

- Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit made to customer

- Offer best in class sales experience while onboarding customers

- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis

- Cross sell and up sell Exide Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.

- Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities

- Ensure that reports are maintained/updated regularly on Lead Management System

- Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis

- Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.

- Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager

- Adhere to a proper business work ethic

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:

- 2 to 4 years of work experience in direct sales with at least 2yrs experience in Life Insurance.

- Should be a Graduate ( any discipline) with sales background

- Demonstrate competence in target marketing to specific prospects

- Good influencing and negotiation skills.

- Should be mobile savvy and must carry an android phone

- 2 Wheeler is Preferable

- Age below 35 yrs

Personal Attributes & Competencies:

- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills

- Team player with ability to network across the organization.
