Description of the job :
- Work as a leader for the sales manager hired by the organization
- Maintaining corporate relationship with the various corporate broking house provided by the organisation
- Management and motivation of the team so that they can achieve the required targets
- Coordinating with the broking houses so that they provide the leads
- Guiding the sales manager achieving monthly target
- Sales managers will work on the leads given by various corporate broking houses (Muthoot Finance, BMA wealth etc)
- Monthly Incentives, Abroad Trips, Gratuity, PF and lots of other benefits
