JOB DESCRIPTION:

(Team Handling Profile)

Please find Job description for the position Sales Manager.

1. Building Agency - Identify and recruit potential advisors (Ex: House Wife, 1. Retired Person, Students, Any Family Members, Unemployed etc.).

2. Driving Sales - Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.

3. Manage team performance and productivity - Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.

4. Leadership - Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.

5. Mentoring and Training - Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors" performance.

6. Involves attending sales calls (outside the office),

Monthly high Incentives, Abroad Trips, Gratuity, PF and lots of other benefits.

2. Requirement of Deputy Channel Development Manager (DCDM):

Job Description

1. Financial Consultant (FC) channel is one of the fastest growing business verticals.

2. The FC channel is based on the entrepreneurial model, with an opportunity for the entrepreneurs to build their own business empire.

3. DCDMs are managers leading the FC team, and are responsible for developing and generating business through the FCs.

4. Recruit /train FC"s and advisors.

5. Help Advisors & FC"s with Career Progression.

6. Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.

7. Focusing on advisor and FC retention. Focus on Customer retention.

8. Drive activities for key business drivers.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)

1. Should be a Graduate (any discipline)

2. Good influencing and negotiation skills

3. 2-5 years- experience in Financial sector preferably insurance

4. Preferably Local Candidates

Salary 4-6 lacs max

POSITION TITLE: Deputy Channel Development Manager

BUSINESS UNIT: Sales Tied Agency Agency Manager Channel

REPORTING TO: Channel Development Manager

LOCATION: Bhubaneswar

3. Requirement of Relationship Manager or Relationship Officer :

Job Description:

- Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that made to customer.

- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis .

- Cross sell and up sell Exide Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.

- Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities.

- Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis.

- Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.

- Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager.

Please Note : 1) Leads will be provided completely by the organization, 2) 30% Hike on the Last Salary.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

- Graduation must

- Min 6month-1year experience in sales(any industry)

- Good Communication in English

- Age 23 to 30 years
