BUSINESS UNIT : AGENCY MANAGER CHANNEL
REPORTS TO : BRANCH MANAGER - AMC
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Recruit /Train Agency Managers and Advisors.
- Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
- Enhance Agency Manager earnings based on vintage.
- Focusing on advisor and Agency Manager retention.
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Generate sales leads through Agency Managers and advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix
- Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & COMPETENCIES
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of Agency Managers and advisors
- Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
- Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
THRESHOLD CRITERIA
- Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 years
- Educational Qualification - Any graduation
- 2-8 Years of experience
SALARY
- 3 Lacs to 6 Lacs - Per Annum
