Job Description:
- Excellent networking skills for consistent growth and better market penetration.
- Should help our clients better understand the full potential of our services and act as liaisons between the client and operations.
- Play a supportive role in making an Event PPT as required.
- Generate new business from prospective clients and repeat business from existing clients.
- Ensure smooth communication between the client and internal teams for all event requirements, planning and execution.
- Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to the delivery site.
- Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events.
- Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish as given by the supervisor.
- Procure cost and Manage vendors for items like Artists, Activities, Digital, AV, Collaterals, Manpower, Content development and Florals, all of which require client approvals.
- Advance raising to clients and final Invoice raising to clients through Accounts with proper PO for final payments post-event closures
- Submission of Event Photographs/Videotapes to client post-event.
