Executive - Visual Merchandising - Fashion & Apparel (3-9 yrs)
- We are actively looking for a Virtual Mechandizer Executive/ Manager for Delhi location.
- Candidates who can handle VM training- Operations & Store/adapt to meeting timelines/ MDQ layout in a well known retail industry.
1.) CTC- : 5-12 LPA
2.) Location : Delhi
3.) Experience Required : 3-9 years
Functional :
a.) Plan the Global visual merchandising standards and guidelines in all store concepts and formats
b.) Ensure implementation of standards and guidelines and provide a leading shopping experience for all customers.
c.) Conduct store visits to identify up gradation and market needs
d.) Coach/Train the VM executives and Operation Managers on the standards and Guidelines.
e.) Keep up-to-date on what competitors are doing and provide feedback across the Market.
f.) Work within set budget controls
g.) Plan New product launches and display guidelines
h.) Manage and develop vendors to ensure consistent standards which are compliant guidelines
i.) Ensure smooth store openings/renovations within the given timelines.
j.) Plan Store layouts and MDQs for efficient sales
