As the Executive Vice President (Senior Manager) - Small Business Loans, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the overall vision and strategy for the Small Business Loans portfolio.

What you will do :

- Formulating and executing the overall vision and strategy for the Small Business Loans portfolio.

- Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation in the small business lending market.

- Developing innovative lending solutions tailored to the unique needs and challenges of small businesses.

- Continuously assessing market trends and customer feedback to enhance and refine lending offerings.

- Collaborating with credit and risk management teams to maintain a balanced and sustainable small business loan portfolio.

- Implementing strategies to ensure effective risk mitigation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Cultivating and strengthen relationships with small business associations, industry partners, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Identifying collaboration opportunities to enhance the reach and impact of Small Business Loans.

- Leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service and financial support to small business clients.

- Fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation within the Small Business Loans team.

What you need to have :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within small business lending or commercial banking.

- In-depth knowledge of small business lending products, credit risk management, and regulatory compliance.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain key industry relationships.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.
