Executive - Vendor Management - eCommerce (0-2 yrs)
- Handles order management for MTO (made to order) for apparel & non apparel both categories.
- Act as in interface between customer relations and vendors for MTO delay & rejection
- Closely monitoring and delivery of MTO products (made to order) in defined time frames of 48 hrs.
- Act as a communication channel for order rejection and keep vendors informed.
- Monitor and review Vendor performance in delivery reliability, quality and accuracy of estimates and invoices.
- Timely closure of RTV (Return to vendor) products
