The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Calling potential customers and conducting product demonstration
- Continuously identifying potential prospects
- Following up on existing prospects and establishing strong relationships with customers
- Extending support to potential customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
The Profile :
- You have a Bachelors Degree with at least 6 months of experience in outbound calling or pre-sales.
- You have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to communicate with customers
- You are result-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments
- You are able to work independently under minimal supervision
- You have a working computer with webcam and headset, along with broadband connection
