Executive - User Engagement (0-4 yrs)
We are hiring for the role of User Engagement for one of our reputed client in Ed-Tech domain.
Role :
- Call the potential customers.
- Carry out product demonstration.
- Follow up on existing prospects/customers and identify new potential prospects/customers and Extend support to those potential customers.
Other Information :
- Work Location : It will be a remote online work for now.
- Working days : 5.5 working days with rotational 1.5 days off (not on Saturday & Sunday).
- Education : A bachelor's degree is required. Freshers will also be considered.
Experience : 1-2 years in a calling profile is preferred. Over all it must not more than 4 yrs.
- Communication : Should be really good in English and Hindi.
- Incentives : Up to 10,000 INR per month on the basis of performance.

Requirements :
- You should have Android mobile phone (version 7+).
- Laptops or Desktop with web cam.
- Headset (with mic) along with Broadband connection.
- Phone and internet bills will be reimbursed as per their policy.
Sshifts Available: Day shift and the Night shift.
1. Indian Shift: Operational hours will be from 11 AM to 9 PM, with 1 hour break.
2. US Shift: Start hour will be after 7 PM and shift end hour before 10 AM. Certain night shift allowances will also be provided.
