Executive - Tendering - IT Hardware Firm (2-7 yrs)
Job Roles:
- Sourcing tenders from various government/corporate websites on daily basis.
- Primary tender evaluation and check for Pre qualification
- Co- ordination with the OEMs/manufacturers/distributors for documentation
- Act as a back-end support for the sales team
- Typing, formatting and creating documents required for the bid submission
- Stick to stiff timelines for submission of the tender and ensure the same is done before the due date
- Preparing Quotations, Negotiations, Tendering and so on
- Communication with key clients including follow up before and after meetings with agendas or next steps
Required Skills:
- Presentable.
- Good communication Skills.
- Experience and knowledge of this domain.
