Executive - Tendering (2-4 yrs)
1. General Responsibilities,
A. IRIS preparation
B. MIS Monitoring (for the Western region)
C. Offer preparations for Railways / Dealers.
D. Product Registrations
E. SO Booking (Western Region orders, Free SO)
F. EMD Approvals & Follow-ups with Account dept.
G. Forwarding POs, LOIs, and other modification advice generated online to the respective branches.
H. Preparation of Payment collection sheet for the Western region
2. Supportive Responsibilities:-
A. Tender Search for all the products of Railways.
B. Preparation and circulation of Comparison statement of tender outcomes.
C. Updation of Tender MIS on an everyday basis.
D. Document preparation for registration process like STR/Compliance etc.
E. Participation in RA.
