Executive - Tender (1-4 yrs)
Job description :- We are looking for a Tender Executive with 1- 4 years having knowledge of GEM, E-Tendering, Government E-Procurement, and other Tendering portals.
Responsibilities:
- Day to Day follow-up with our existing clients for updates on current work
- Listing products on the GeM portal for our clients.
- Helping our clients to prepare documents for participation in bids.
- Submitting bids on behalf of our clients
- knowledge of GeM/Government Tender Online &Offline Filling.
- Should have the knowledge of submission of Bids, Billing, updating of product catalog in GeM portal.
- Create Technical Compliance statement.
- Counter & solve GeM queries of client.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (Any field)
- Proven experience of 2-5 years in tendering.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office Applications.
- Practical experience in a similar position is advantageous.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to do work on deadlines and under high-pressure circumstances.
- Well-developed negotiation skills.
