Executive - Telesales/Telemarketing/Telecalling - Real Estate (1-4 yrs)
Excellent Opportunity for Telemarketing / Telesales Executive to work with our Real Estate Client @ Chennai
Position:- Telemarketing / Telesales Executive (Male / Female)
Experience :
- 1 to 3 years- experience from Real Estate, Construction industry
- Attending calls generated through campaigns
- Cold calling to available data
- Communicating to customers regarding project in Tamil/English
- Pushing for site visits
- Post site visit calls for converting to booking
Follow-ups
- Prefer a person who has real estate experience preferably in plotting projects.
- Salary Best in the industry
- Handling team and responsible for their Site Visits and Quality.
- Lead Generation from various sources.
- Continuous follow-ups with clients until prospects are converted into Walk in.
- Sending daily / weekly report to the Senior Management.
