Job Summary :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Caller Cum Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and converting leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a passion for real estate, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from lead databases, referrals, and other sources.

- Introduce company services, property listings, and promotional offers to prospective customers.

- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and preferences.

- Provide accurate information about available properties, including pricing, features, and amenities.

- Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up with clients to ensure attendance.

- Maintain a database of client information, interactions, and feedback for future reference.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Handle objections and concerns effectively to address client queries and maintain customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on market trends, real estate regulations, and competitor activities.

- Assist in drafting sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation as required.

- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a tele caller or sales executive in the real estate industry is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and persuasive phone manner.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property types, and legal regulations.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
