Executive - Telesales/Technical Support - Inbound Process - BPO (1-3 yrs)
We are hiring for Experienced Tech Sales executive for our Inbound tech process.
Salary: Up to 25k
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidates must be experienced in international Tech sales.
- Candidates must be a call closer.
- Graduates/undergraduates both can apply
- Candidates should be flexible for a rotational shift with 6 working day
- 1 roaster off
Age criteria : 18yrs-35yrs
Job Details :
Received the calls from an international customer regarding computer related issues, software issues like pop calls, error code messages, antivirus issues, issues of Mac laptops, Ipads and iPhones like Activation lock,iPhone disable, Itunes etc and resolve their technical issue by troubleshooting or diagnosing. And then charged an amount for the service.

- Salary on 1st of every month
- Fixed salary with huge incentives
- 24 PL + 15 Comp off + Paid B day leave.
- Fixed 10hrs shift, No extension of a shift.
