Executive - Telesales - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)

Tele Sales Executive


Job Responsibility :


- Generate sales leads through Tele-calling and online marketing activity.

- She should work on verified Leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and assist for closing the deals.

- Interact with customers to determine their requirements & addressing their queries

- Explain project/Services and demonstrate the features and benefits.

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

- Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically.

- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.

Skill Set Required :

- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

- Good knowledge of Computer, MS Office & CRM.

- Ability to learn multiple products and describe/explain them to prospects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good command over English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujrati Languages.

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.

Minimum Experience: 2 years in Real Estate Sales.

Salary: 15 - 25K + Incentives.

Gender: ONLY FEMALES.

Place of work: At MALAD(W) Corporate office.

Candidate staying in Western Mumbai, preferably between Bhyandar to Andheri.
