Our job is to take all the hassles out of owning & selling property in Delhi NCR by combining a high level of management and legal services with the knowledge and expertise of the best real estate consultancy in Delhi NCR. We offer a full range of investor services to accommodate every aspect of real estate investments in Delhi NCR including consulting, research, sales, leasing, representation, and management of our client's portfolios. We are here to assist investors who previously did not have access to this kind of property & projects due to a lack of information or opportunity.

The Job : 

- Our client is looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join the team

You will be responsible for :

- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

- Processing all customer purchases accordingly.

- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.

- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.

- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Ideal Candidate

Skills required :

- You have at least 1-year of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.

- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized, and are able to multitask effectively.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments

- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high-performing teams

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
