Job Title: Telesales Executive / Telemarketing Executive
Job description:
The Telesales/ Telemarketing Executive of Kaakateeya Matrimony sells paid memberships over the phone to clients who are looking for matrimony alliances. The job is to reach out to various customers over the phone, explain them the product & features, service so as to derive the maximum rate of interest for the client. The role also includes achieving targets for up gradation by ensuring regular service follow ups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strictly adhere to the process requirements.
2. Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
3. Selling Membership over the phone.
4. Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
5. Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages.
6. Providing the right customer experience.
Qualification: Inter and above (Basic computer knowledge is must)
Experience: Minimum 1year in sales
Preferably ( Any matrimonial services (Bharat matrimony, Shadi, m4marry etc), suleka, Olx, quicker, just dial, India property, 99acres, banking sales, Insurance sales)
Gender: Female only
Salary (monthly): 15,000 - 20,000(Take-home) + Incentives
Location: Guntur, Vijayawada, Tirupati, Ongole, visakhapatnam, Tirupathi, Ananthapur Hyderabad (Ameerpet)
