Executive - Telesales - Loan (1-6 yrs)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-sales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone/chat/video calling and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective tele-sales executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts


- Cold calling and generating qualified leads to convert into sales. Payment collection and updating in the system. Ensure minimum emi's are collected as per the payment plan sold to the customer.


- Drive monthly unit and revenue targets.


- Attend mandatory daily new calls, meet the connected calls requirement, and follow up cases.


- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales


- Enter and update customer information in the database.


- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Skills :

- Proven experience as telesales executive only.


- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone


- Good knowledge of relevant Excel, Ppt and telephone systems


- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects


- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection


- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints


- Team player


- Ability to work on high pressure environment
