Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate for telesales profile. The person should have enthusiasm for sales, with execllent communication skills. Should not have someone from the financial background in his/her family. Must have all the documents of the previous employment.
Job Description :
- Loan selling and cross selling other financial products such as credit cards.
- Managing the day to day relationship with loan seeking customers.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Cross-selling.
- Answering questions about loan and financial products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Push for achieving sales to the incoming calls.
- Decent typing speed to update the CRM.
- Candidate must have all the documents of his/her previous organization.
