Executive - Telesales - IT (2-6 yrs)

Telecallers - Lead Generators are responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales leads for solutions in Digital marketing, Videos, Print, CRM, website design development, IT services, and products in international markets.

- This includes making outbound calls, conducting market research, building databases, and building relationships with prospects.

- The goal of this role is to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team to follow up on.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to identify and qualify sales leads

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients

- Identify and qualify leads based on company's sales criteria

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and leads in the CRM

- Collaborate with sales team to ensure leads are followed up on in a timely manner

- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends and challenges

- Attend industry events and webinars to network with potential clients

- Achieving the weekly and monthly targets of Lead Generation

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in tele-calling and lead generation

- Proven experience in IT services and solutions sales in international markets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis

- Familiarity with international business customs and practices - especially UAE, Australia, UK and USA

- Fluent in English and any other languages as per the target market

- 2-6 years of experience in related fields.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and goals.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements :

- Experience in B2B and B2C sales is an advantage.
