Key Responsibilities :
Insurance Renewal : Contact existing customers to discuss and renew their insurance policies.
B2C Sales : Engage in direct sales with consumers, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
