Job Description :
- Make outbound calls to potential partners.
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company for effective communication.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards partners.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the calling process.
- Follow up with partners to ensure satisfaction, answer questions and resolve any issues.
- Answer incoming calls from business partners to address inquiries and resolve complaints.
Requirements :
- Freshers or 0-1 Year of Experience
- Good communication skills [Hindi and English]
- Basic computer skills with MS Office
- Minimum education: Graduate/ Diploma
