Job Description / Role and responsibility :
1. A lot of listening, responding and mediating between our international / Domestic guests and partners (eg. Accommodations) to resolve easy to complex issues via the phone.
2. Partner onboarding Communicate with our partners in order to understand their difficulties and how much bookings going from our company.
3. Generate leads for our company to engage in tele-calling outbound sales telesales.
4. Provide consultation services to address potential clients interest in Hotel Booking, including establishing the suitability of the Hotel Booking.
5. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
6. Should have experience in Inside sales or knowledge of sales.
7. Cancellations, requests, travel advice; You name it, we'll answer it.
8. Replying to emails and messages from customers all over the world in English.
9. Navigating different online IT tools and browsers to provide accurate information and follow set processes.
10. Supporting your teammates and colleagues with peer to peer learning and constructive feedback to encourage a positive working environment.
11. Regular involvement with company events, team meetings and projects.
12. Most importantly, always ensuring a high level of customer service that- ll make anyone smile -

What you need to do it:
- Good Communication, Written and oral fluency in English.

- Intermediate IT Skills (web browsing, multi-window navigation etc).
