Executive - Telesales - Healthcare (1-8 yrs)
- Counseling around 100 customers over outbound calls every day and converting them into Lab appointments.
- Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls.
- Achieving 3 hours of talk time on a daily basis on connected calls.
- Achieve Lab appointment targets
Skills Needed :
- 9 Months - 3 years of any Tele sales experience.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Team player.
- Experience in the HealthCare domain will be preferred.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Knowledge of MS office.
- Positive Attitude and Ability to Listen

- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
