Executive - Telesales - Health Insurance (0-7 yrs)

Role :
As a Sales Executive, you are expected to :
- Interact with customers and explain about Aditya Birla Capital - Health Insurance.
- Handle Inbound/Outbound Customer calls primarily, and answer their queries related to Insurance.
- Work on the leads provided by potential customers.
- Convert leads of potential customers through frequent tele-meets and periodic follow-ups and ensure achievement of the given sales targets.
- Endeavour to achieve Up-sell and Multi-year policy targets in order to achieve a higher Ticket size of policies sold.
Requirements :
- Very good communication skills
- Strong convincing skills
- Graduation is mandatory
Salary: Fixed Salary up to 25,000 per month
Office Location:- Work from office. The office is in Thane candidate should be comfortable working from this location.
