Job Description :

As a Telesales Executive at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, you will be responsible for promoting our insurance products and services to potential customers over the phone. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, engage prospects, and convert them into policyholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contacting potential customers via telephone to explain our insurance products and services.

- Building rapport with prospects and addressing their queries and concerns effectively.

- Identifying the insurance needs of customers and recommending suitable insurance plans.

- Explaining policy features, coverage details, and premium options to prospects.

- Achieving sales targets and meeting performance metrics set by the company.

- Maintaining accurate records of sales interactions and customer details in the CRM system.

Requirements :

- Any Undergraduate & Graduate qualification.

- 0-3 years of experience in telesales or a related field (insurance sales experience preferred but not required).

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to persuade and influence customers to purchase insurance policies.

- Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.

- Good understanding of insurance products and industry regulations (training will be provided).
