Our client is a natural and Ayurveda health & beauty care brand. We believe in creating products that are valuable to customers. When the market is flooded with so many Ayurveda product, but many are not giving the satisfying result, but they cheated their customer by saying their products are authentic Ayurveda health care products, products come in lime lite. Our client dedicated to providing effective products to their customers. Company manufacture toxin free and skin friendly products.

The Job

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince, and sell the company's products and services.

- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Accurately record details of customers- purchase orders and process customer purchases.

- Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance.

- Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow up to ensure action has been taken have good communication skills.

- Have an interest to pursue better in the company's competitive mindset to perform better than the required targets

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

- Handling outbound and inbound calls Excellent communication (Calls/ emails) and problem-solving skill.

- Knowledge of writing emails and call handling Candidates who have completed graduation course 1- 2 years' experience in customer service

- You have at least 1 year of experience ideally in Telesales within the Telecommunications industry.

- Experience in Sales Training would be a strong advantage.

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
