Executive - Telesales - Gaming (1-7 yrs)

Mandatory experience required : Tele sales experience , Fluent in Hindi and English

Your main role is to contribute to connect with existing customer of an Online Gaming Company. You will be responsible to connect with our existing customers to understand and solve their pain areas so that they continue playing on a skill based mobile gaming app with larger deposits than before over the phone/webchat/email and maintaining good customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Learn and discuss Product Knowledge offered by the company within required timelines.

- Build Customer relationships by championing Customer Advocacy to increase confidence of the customer/group of customers & nurture overall Account Health

- Be the 'Go-to' person for the customer. Have a positive attitude to solve a problem, provide alternate solutions and at the end, have a happy customer.

- Educate customers about the new features of Online games, industry, technical and product knowledge through presentations

- Understand customer complaints / pain points. Explain and work with production team on the same.

- Balance "customer satisfaction" &" user delight" metrics with "satisfactory responses" within "Resolution time" and showcase quality customer testimonials.

- Maintain High CSAT score for the portfolio of Existing Online Gamers.

- Customer retention - 0% attrition of existing customers.

- Provide viable, alternative solutions to keep customers engaged with our product.

- Ensure required follow-ups and service the customer.

- Ensure "first time customers" are engaged with our online games and convert into regular repeat customers.

- Highlight well in advance if any potential threat or 'customer turning cold' is foreseen.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 1-4 yrs of Industry experience. Have managed B2C relationships in the past, preferably in the Online Gaming Industry / any IT Product.

- Graduate or higher qualification with core subject/certification in Customer Service.

- Should have minimum 1-3 yrs of experience in post-sales support of Online IT products.

- Experience in Customer Service of Online Gaming Products would be an added advantage.

- Reliable Personality, Interpersonal Skills, Persuasiveness, Detail-Orientated, Multi-Tasking

- Should be a go-getter with an optimistic attitude and excellent communication skills.

Learning Agility

- Must be flexible in working hours.

- Communication - should be fluent in English and Hindi. Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Gujarati language is an advantage.

Working hours:

9hrs and 1hr break.

Work timing would be 9am-7pm; May vary as per requirement.
