Job Title: Tele Sales Executive - Foreign Exchange

Job Summary :

Thomas Cook, a leading provider of holiday packages, is looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive for our Foreign Exchange department who will be responsible for selling foreign exchange and forex cards to clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in BPO sales. Both undergraduate and graduate candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities :

- Sell foreign exchange and forex cards to customers through effective communication and relationship building.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.

- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

- Build and maintain a strong network of customers to generate repeat business.

Requirements :

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, preferably in BPO sales.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals.

- Good knowledge of foreign exchange products and market trends.

- Shift window is 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, any 9 hours shift with no night shifts.

- 6 days working with 1 rotational week off.

- Immediate joining required.

- Job Location - D.N road (CST).

- Salary Upto 3 LPA.

Interview Process :

- There will be two rounds of interviews, HR and Business.
