We started towards late 2015 and Infact have just closed a Pre-Series A funding with a Japanese Digital Healthcare company, FiNC and follow-on funding from current investors, GHV. With this, FitMeIn has also signed a strategic tie-up with FiNC. Among its several business offerings to clients and customers, FitMeIn is looking to scale up its product Jivine - A complete virtual support system for managing fitness studios, gym setups and fitness services establishments.

What you will do :

- Respond to customer inquiries via In-house app Jivine, email and calls.

- Identify site and app issues, and communicate properly to all internal teams.

- Maintain a high satisfaction rating while hitting daily targets of customer responses

- Think creatively about how to optimize each experience

- Master our product, internal systems, and offerings to ensure thorough and clear communication and enforcement of policies.

- Making outbound calls to generate leads for our sales team.

Must:

- Fluent English

- Telesales Background/Presales
