Job Description :

- We are looking for telesales or field sales experts to onboard all business by selling Dekhle Online yearly subscription plan of Rs.365/-.

- Candidate has to make calls or visit business places for demonstration and to sale the subscription plans.

- Candidate has to work on monthly targets and meet basic benchmark to qualify the monthly salary.

- Candidate need to explain all subscription plan details to business owner and will assist them to onboard on Dekhle Online portal.

Monthly Target: minimum 100 sales conversion of Rs.365/- subscription plan.

Daily Target: 7 Conversion per day

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Minimum target to Qualify the Monthly Salary: 50 sales conversion

Incentive Structure :

Weekly Incentives:

- Incentive amount on weekly 20 Sales Conversions: Rs.500/-

- Incentive amount on weekly 30 Sales Conversions: Rs.1000/-

- Incentive amount on weekly 40 Sales Conversions: Rs.1500/-

- Incentive amount on weekly 50 Sales Conversions: Rs.2000/-

Above weekly 50 Sales Conversion additionally a preannounced gift will be provided along with respective incentive amount

Monthly Incentive:

- Incentive amount on Monthly 75 Sales Conversions: Rs.2000/-

- Incentive amount on Monthly 100 Sales Conversions: Rs.5000/-

- Incentive amount on Monthly 125 Sales Conversions: Rs.7000/-

- Incentive amount on Monthly 150 Sales Conversions: Rs.10,000/-

- Above Monthly 150 Sales Conversion additionally a preannounced gift will be provided along with respective incentive amount
